Ideation

Feasibility Report
The feasibility report will be a detailed report which will cover most of the requirements of the project as well as estimates of land requirements, project costs etc.
Technical Detailing
Under this, ProSols shall provide complete technical detailing of the plant and machinery so that the work can be taken ahead.
Layout Planning
Under this, the layout of the entire plant will be planned by ProSols and delivered to the client in accordance to the feasibility report and the technical detailing.
Building and
shed planning
ProSols will also plan the layout of the building and the shed so that maximum efficiency can be achieved by the plant. The layout will be done in accordance to the machinery and capacity to be installed.
Machinery Sourcing
In accordance with the feasibility report and technical detailing will aid in sourcing the machinery from the right sources.
Technical and commercial contract for all machinery and plant
We shall draw up the technical as well as commercial contracts for all the plant and machinery involved after the feasibility report and the technical detailing. This role includes coordinating with suppliers, coordinating with engineers, getting the best deal possible through negotiations.
Coordination among different parties
We also handle coordination amongst the different parties involved such as various suppliers, dealers, contractors etc.
Inspection during production of machines
ProSols will be responsible to periodically check on the machines during production so as to ensure that there are no complications later on.
Inspection during layout planning, making of shed etc
ProSols shall also do periodic checks to ensure that the layout planning is being followed by the contractors and the making of the shed is in accordance to the plans.
Final inspection and shipment of machines
ProSols will also be responsible for the final inspection and shipment of machines after they have been produced, this will be done to ensure that the machines have no defects in them before they’ve been shipped.
Trial run and commissioning
Under this, ProSols shall provide complete technical detailing of the plant and machinery so that the work can be taken ahead.
